Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead high-impact workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-proof business priorities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and mentor a world-class futurist strategy team
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio success and strategic resilience
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Deep expertise in technology convergence, socio-economic trends, and regulatory futures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS, APF) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic roadmaps
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
