Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced R&D with 5+ years in strategic technology planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Future Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI breakthroughs
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Experience with policy advocacy for technology ethics and regulations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
