Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present compelling futures scenarios to executive leadership and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline and track technology adoption curves
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting tech adoption and market shifts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism domains
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
