Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
- Partner with R&D to incubate emerging technologies with commercial viability
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years applying futures methodologies in corporate or consulting environments
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience with AI/ML trend forecasting tools preferred
