Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026+
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for technology adoption and implementation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms and their societal implications
- Oversee the creation of innovation roadmaps with 5-year implementation horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption strategies
- Published thought leader in technology foresight or innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
