- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 5-10 year business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present futuristic technology frameworks to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Champion ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation practices
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or futurism
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
