- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Produce thought leadership content for industry summits and white papers
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technical shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps (5-10 year horizons)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or strategic frameworks
