Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year predictive modeling

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and competitive landscape analysis
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies in emerging markets
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem with academic and industry partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies (quantum/AI/IoT)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent
- Deep expertise in technology ethics frameworks and sustainability principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Portfolio demonstrating technology innovation leadership (patents/products)
