Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key breakthroughs in AI and Quantum Computing.
- Oversee the architectural integration of Quantum-Ready AI systems into legacy infrastructures.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of Next-Gen Software and predictive algorithms.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for advanced autonomous systems.
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech labs.
- Present high-level technical strategies to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Strategy, Engineering Leadership, or Computer Science.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Mechanics principles.
- Proven track record of leading complex, high-stakes technical projects from conception to execution.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
