Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ tech innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions (VR/AR, neural interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Analyze emerging tech trends and patent landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite and investors with data-backed projections
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies (AI ethics, biotech governance)
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5-year planning success
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, advanced AI, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching at least two market-disrupting innovations
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Proficient in strategic foresight tools (scenario planning, Delphi method)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPSI, Stanford d.school) a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating futuristic tech implementations or research papers
