Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (metaverse, AGI, neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Collaborate with R&D to patent breakthrough technologies in synthetic biology and nanotech
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Mentor futurists and data scientists in exponential technology applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products (metaverse, AGI, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar journals
- PhD in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, etc.)
- Experience with ethical tech governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
