Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest account information
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments for seamless operations
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera) to manage room inventory and bookings
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary
- Assist with VIP guest arrangements and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and reservation software
- Problem-solving abilities with a guest-first mindset
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if required for valet duties)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
