Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and public areas
- Perform detailed deep cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Address special guest requests promptly and professionally
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental sustainability standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for efficient room turnover
- Report maintenance issues and property concerns
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products
