Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Assist in the training and supervision of part-time front desk staff.
- Uphold all company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing.
