- Architect the SEO Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy specifically tailored for the 2026 search ecosystem, including AI-driven content optimization and semantic search.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee the technical SEO infrastructure, ensuring site scalability, high performance, and seamless integration with emerging web technologies.
- AI & Voice Integration: Collaborate with data science teams to leverage predictive analytics for keyword forecasting and optimize content for conversational AI interfaces.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of SEO specialists and content strategists to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Brand Dominance: Drive organic growth and brand visibility through innovative link-building campaigns and community engagement strategies.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present data-driven insights and ROI reports to executive stakeholders, translating technical SEO metrics into business value.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in senior SEO roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- AI & Search Knowledge: Deep understanding of how LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI are reshaping search algorithms and user behavior.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of technical SEO, site architecture, and performance optimization.
- Analytics: Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Tableau, PowerBI) to interpret complex datasets.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex SEO concepts to non-technical teams and executives.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of adapting strategies quickly to rapid changes in search engine algorithms.
