Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, defining key milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in pilot programs and feasibility studies for new tech implementations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with broader business goals and revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to ensure our strategic positioning remains competitive.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technology transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of future trends, including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and SaaS scalability.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc in Technology Management) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
