Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap that aligns with business objectives and prepares the brand for the search paradigm shifts expected in 2026.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into our content strategy and keyword targeting processes.
- Oversee technical SEO audits to ensure site architecture, core web vitals, and schema markup meet future-proof standards.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify emerging trends, user intent patterns, and competitive threats in the organic search landscape.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of SEO best practices across all digital touchpoints.
- Build and mentor a high-performing SEO team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategy role.
- Deep understanding of Google's algorithm updates and the foresight to anticipate future algorithmic changes.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar SEO budgets and delivering significant ROI.
- Expertise in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Surfer SEO) for content generation and optimization.
- Strong technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from raw data.
