Responsibilities

- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends such as AGI integration and decentralized computing.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to high-performance, cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering specifications.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in a Senior Architect or Lead capacity.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts and distributed ledger technologies is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in microservices architecture.
