Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and check-in/out guests with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain pristine lobby, reception area, and common spaces
- Assist with luggage handling and guest transportation coordination
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
