Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at all touchpoints including front desk, concierge, and dining areas
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain property standards
- Assist with event setup and guest transportation as needed
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to learn industry-specific procedures
- Valid Florida driver's license (for shuttle operations)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
