Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly to assist with reservations and inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common areas.
- Clean guest rooms and bathrooms according to strict hygiene standards and company guidelines.
- Assist with hotel operations, including managing inventory and reporting maintenance issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest issues with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
