Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Guest Support: Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- General Housekeeping: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Event Support: Help coordinate and set up for small events, conferences, or banquets as needed.
- Reception Assistance: Support the front desk team with data entry, filing, and maintaining guest records.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve minor guest issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we train all new hires!
- Attitude: A positive, friendly, and service-oriented mindset is essential.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with people from all backgrounds.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
