Responsibilities
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming environment upon arrival and departure.
- Room Attendant Duties: Thoroughly clean guest rooms and public areas, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Amenity Management: Stock and replenish amenities in guest rooms and public restrooms to maintain a luxurious feel.
- Support Front Desk: Assist the front desk team with luggage handling, check-ins, and providing information about local Nashville attractions.
- Maintenance Checks: Perform routine checks on room facilities to report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Professionalism: Uphold company policies and dress code standards at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for eager learners; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is essential.
