Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and answer inquiries regarding local attractions and amenities.
- Housekeeping Duties: Ensure guest rooms are immaculate, tidy, and fully stocked with amenities to provide a 5-star experience.
- Shift Management: Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet hotel demands.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest requests and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process payments, and update guest profiles in the property management system.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the lobby area to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and willingness to learn over past history.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs), and perform cleaning duties as required.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn hotel software quickly.
