Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and local community leaders.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L management, budget adherence, and cost control measures.
- Handle high-level guest relations, including resolving complex complaints and soliciting feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) is required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, FHRAI) is a plus.
