Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service.
- Manage the P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control strategies to maximize profitability.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong background in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) and MS Office Suite.
