As a Hotel Host, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling reservations and managing guest queries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and property upkeep.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card payments accurately, following all security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is not required; a positive attitude is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus, but full training will be provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Fluency in English; bilingual skills are a bonus.
