Responsibilities
- Housekeeping Duties: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas to meet our high standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Front Desk Operations: Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS) and process payments.
- Guest Relations: Greet visitors warmly, answer phone inquiries, and respond to emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or special requests promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies to ensure nothing runs low during busy shifts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety protocols and hotel security procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: We value attitude and aptitude over experience. Training is provided on the job.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential for interacting with diverse guests.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs), and perform physical cleaning tasks.
- Customer Focus: A friendly demeanor and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills are a plus, though not mandatory.
