Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Operational Support: Assist the front desk team with administrative tasks, answering phone inquiries, and managing reservations efficiently.
  • Housekeeping & Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, common areas, and guest rooms to the highest standards.
  • Service Excellence: Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all hotel safety protocols, fire regulations, and health standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Previous hotel or customer service experience is NOT required. We value attitude and work ethic over past job titles.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bi-lingual skills are a plus.
  • Attitude: A positive, outgoing, and "can-do" attitude is essential.
  • Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
