Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Manage phone inquiries, make reservations, and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions securely.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and PMS software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
