Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage departmental budgets, financial performance, and P&L oversight
- Lead, train, and motivate cross-functional teams through coaching and development
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with sales and events teams to optimize revenue opportunities
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and maintain exceptional service recovery standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years luxury hotel management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record in P&L management and budget optimization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
- Expert knowledge of Opera/PMS systems and hospitality technology
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- PHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of Philadelphia tourism and market dynamics
