Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management systems (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Assist with luggage handling, concierge services, and transportation coordination.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and front desk area to uphold our high standards of cleanliness.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the hotel industry is preferred.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 20 lbs).
