Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge services
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning, linen changes, and maintaining public areas
- Operate reservation systems and manage billing inquiries with accuracy
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members during shift transitions for seamless operations
- Assist with special events and VIP guest requests as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and reservation system knowledge
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Valid Maryland hospitality or food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
