Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation and financial reporting for all hotel departments
- Process guest check-ins/checkouts and manage reservations during overnight hours
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional service standards
- Monitor security systems and conduct property patrols to ensure guest safety
- Prepare daily reports for management and coordinate with day shift teams
- Assist with emergency procedures and incident documentation
- Train and mentor new night staff members as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night auditor experience required
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
