Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or maintenance)
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and handle guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across guest rooms and common areas
- Operate reservation systems and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and special events
- Address guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Must be available for flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license (for shuttle drivers only)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
