Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests during assigned shifts
- Perform front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and reservation management
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas and guest rooms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Follow all hotel security and emergency procedures
- Assist with event setup and guest transportation as needed
Qualifications
- No experience required – open to entry-level candidates
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy
