Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage
- Perform shift-specific duties including check-ins, room turnovers, inventory management, and maintenance support
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation standards in all operational areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth shift transitions and operational efficiency
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Complete accurate documentation and reporting for daily operations
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance service quality and operational skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible availability for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Strong customer service skills with ability to manage diverse guest interactions
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations systems (PMS, POS) or willingness to learn
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid North Carolina driver's license if driving company vehicles
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience highly valued
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
