Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist with check-in, check-out processes, and answering phone inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, hallways, and guest rooms.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive stay.
- Stock supplies and ensure the front desk area is fully equipped.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold high standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
