Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services including check-in/out, concierge support, and issue resolution
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas following hotel standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Process payments and manage daily financial transactions accurately
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest accommodations
- Uphold health and safety protocols in all operational areas
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (for airport shuttle duties)
- Basic math and point-of-sale system proficiency
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and commitment to daily work ethic
