Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning standards
- Operate industrial-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors) safely
- Prepare rooms for next-day occupancy with attention to detail
- Collaborate with overnight security and maintenance teams
- Complete detailed inspection checklists for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid Washington State driver's license (for property transport)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency required
