Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and common areas following premium hospitality standards
- Operate professional-grade cleaning equipment and environmentally sustainable products
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies with precision
- Address special guest requests and maintenance issues immediately during night hours
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists ensuring 100% readiness for next-day arrivals
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols throughout all areas
- Collaborate with night security team for coordinated property monitoring
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Expertise in using industrial cleaning equipment and eco-certified products
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and bloodborne pathogen standards
- Professional communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
