Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in hotel front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage roles
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across guest areas and facilities
- Operate POS systems, manage reservations, and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts and events
- Adhere to brand-specific service protocols and hygiene regulations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Complete shift reports and handover documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida Food Handler's/ServSafe certification (preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
