Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces to high standards.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Assist with guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Operate hotel software systems to manage reservations, room assignments, and billing accurately.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs immediately.
- Support special events and functions as required by the hotel's schedule.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or shift work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including lifting moderate weights (up to 30 lbs).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new property management systems quickly.
