Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through front desk operations, check-in/check-out processes, and concierge assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and coordinate with housekeeping/management teams
- Process payments, manage reservations, and operate property management systems
- Assist with event setup, valet services, and special guest requests as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license (if valet role assigned)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
