Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash registers.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Assist in special events or functions as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
