Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Operational Support: Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and assist with front desk inquiries in a timely manner.
- Room Preparation: Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
- Payment Processing: Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, including posting charges and issuing receipts.
- Property Maintenance: Monitor the lobby area to ensure it remains clean, welcoming, and organized at all times.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve minor guest complaints or requests efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary! We value attitude and willingness to learn over past history.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Availability: Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
