Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common areas to uphold our high standards.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and balance daily reports.
- Provide recommendations for local dining, attractions, and transportation to enhance the guest stay.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
