Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently and professionally.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and ensure accuracy in all financial records and reporting.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems is a plus.
