Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for all guests and staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with a professional and positive attitude.
- Assist in housekeeping duties as required to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
