Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during guest check-in/check-out processes
- Maintain pristine room standards through detailed housekeeping protocols
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Operate hotel management systems and POS equipment
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for seamless operations
- Assist with luggage handling and guest transportation needs
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and technical aptitude
- Physical stamina for extended standing and walking
- Valid Texas driver's license (if transportation duties assigned)
